Nutty Chicken and Mandarin Orange Slaw

Prep Time 10 minutes


Makes 4 (1-cup) servings


2 cups chopped cooked chicken (about 4 ounces)
1 cup broccoli slaw mix or coleslaw mix
1 can (11 ounces) madarin oranges in light syrup, drained
1/4 cup reduced-fat cole slaw dressing
1/4 cup toasted wheat germ (optional)
1/4 cup chopped peanuts


  1. Combine chicken, coleslaw mix, oranges, dressing in medium bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir in wheat germ, if desired and peanuts; serve immediately.


Add wheat germ and peanuts just before serving.
