Makes 4 (1-cup) servings
|2||cups chopped cooked chicken (about 4 ounces)|
|1||cup broccoli slaw mix or coleslaw mix|
|1||can (11 ounces) madarin oranges in light syrup, drained|
|1/4||cup reduced-fat cole slaw dressing|
|1/4||cup toasted wheat germ (optional)|
|1/4||cup chopped peanuts|
- Combine chicken, coleslaw mix, oranges, dressing in medium bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir in wheat germ, if desired and peanuts; serve immediately.
Add wheat germ and peanuts just before serving.
