Yield: Makes 2-1/2 dozen cookies
Ingredients:
1
package (18 ounces) refrigerated chocolate chip and caramel cookie dough

2
cups flaked coconut

1-1/2
cups macadamia nuts, chopped

1
to 1-1/2 tablespoons freshly grated orange peel



Preparation:
1.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Let dough stand at room temperature about 15 minutes.

2.
Combine dough, coconut, nuts and orange peel in large bowl; beat until well blended. Shape dough into 1-1/4-inch balls; place 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets.

3.
Bake about 15 minutes or until edges are brown and centers are set. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
