Oatmeal Candied Chippers

INGREDIENTS
| 3/4 | cup butter, softened |
| 3/4 | cup granulated sugar |
| 3/4 | cup packed light brown sugar |
| 3 | tablespoons milk |
| 1 | egg |
| 2 | teaspoons vanilla |
| 3/4 | cup all-purpose flour |
| 3/4 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 | teaspoon baking soda |
| 3 | cups uncooked old-fashioned or quick oats |
| 1‑1/3 | cups (10-ounce package) candy-coated semisweet chocolate chips or candy-coated chocolate pieces |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease cookie sheets; set aside. Beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Add milk, egg and vanilla; beat well. Add flour, salt and baking soda. Beat until well blended. Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cookies stand 2 minutes on cookie sheets. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
