Oatmeal Candied Chippers
Yield: Makes about 4 dozen cookies
Ingredients:
3/4
cup butter, softened

3/4
cup granulated sugar

3/4
cup packed light brown sugar

tablespoons milk

1
egg

2
teaspoons vanilla

3/4
cup all-purpose flour

3/4
teaspoon salt

1/2
teaspoon baking soda

3
cups uncooked old-fashioned or quick oats

1-1/3
cups (10-ounce package) candy-coated semisweet chocolate chips or candy-coated chocolate pieces



 
Preparation:
1.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease cookie sheets; set aside. Beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Add milk, egg and vanilla; beat well. Add flour, salt and baking soda. Beat until well blended. Stir in oats and chocolate chips.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cookies stand 2 minutes on cookie sheets. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
