Open-Face Pear and Walnut Breakfast Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
| 2 | pears, peeled and chopped |
| 1/2 | cup unsweetened applesauce |
| 3 | tablespoons chopped walnuts |
| 2 | tablespoons sucralose |
| 1/2 | teaspoon ground cinnamon |
| 1/4 | teaspoon ground nutmeg |
| 4 | slices multi-grain bread |
| 1/3 | cup finely shredded Swiss cheese |
| Garnish | |
| Chopped dried cranberries | |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine pears, applesauce, walnuts, sucralose, cinnamon and nutmeg in small bowl.
- Toast bread; top evenly with pear mixture. Place on nonstick baking sheet. Top each sandwich evenly with Swiss cheese. Bake 8 minutes.
- Garnish with cranberries.
