Yield: Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
1
cup fat-free vanilla ice cream or fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt

3/4
cup low-fat (1%) milk

1/4
cup frozen orange juice concentrate



Preparation:
1.
Combine ice cream, milk and juice concentrate in food processor or blender. Cover; process on hight until smooth. Pour mixture into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
