INGREDIENTS
| 1 | cup fat-free vanilla ice cream or fat-free vanilla frozen yogurt |
| 3/4 | cup low-fat (1%) milk |
| 1/4 | cup frozen orange juice concentrate |
PREPARATION:
- Combine ice cream, milk and juice concentrate in food processor or blender. Cover; process on hight until smooth. Pour mixture into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
