Orange Tea Zinger

INGREDIENTS
| 2 | orange or tangerine-flavored herbal tea bags |
| 1 | cup boiling water |
| Ice | |
| 2 | cans (12 ounces) unsweetened seltzer water |
PREPARATION:
- Steep both tea bags in hot water for about 4 minutes to brew 1 cup of double-strength tea. Remove tea bags and refrigerate until cool.
- To serve, pour 1/2 of cooled tea (just less than 1/2 cup) over ice in each of 2 tall glasses. Fill glasses with seltzer water and stir gently.
