INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
4 purchased beef kabobs

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Whisk together oil, vinegar and soy sauce; brush on kabobs.
  3. Arrange kabobs on broiler rack. Broil, 4 inches from heat source, 10 minutes or to desired doneness, turning after 5 minutes.
