Oriental Beef Kabobs on Green Rice

tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar

tablespoon soy sauce

purchased beef kabobs
Preparation:

Preheat broiler.

Whisk together oil, vinegar and soy sauce; brush on kabobs.

Arrange kabobs on broiler rack. Broil, 4 inches from heat source, 10 minutes or to desired doneness, turning after 5 minutes.
