YIELD Makes 1/2 cup

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup peach preserves
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
3/4 teaspoon soy sauce

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine preserves, corn syrup, vinegar and ginger in small saucepan. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until mixture simmers. Remove from heat; add soy sauce. Let cool.
