Ingredients:
1/2
cup mascarpone cheese

1
cup reduced-fat ricotta cheese

tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon sucralose-based sweetener, divided

1/4
teaspoon ground cinnamon

small peaches, pitted, peeled and sliced or 1-1/3 cups frozen sliced peaches, thawed

1/4
cup chopped walnuts or pecans



 
Preparation:
1.
Combine mascarpone, ricotta, 3 tablespoons sweetener and cinnamon in bowl. Stir well. Spoon into 4 dessert bowls or wide-mouth wine glasses.

2.
Toss remaining 1 teaspoon sweetener and peaches together in bowl. Spoon 1/3 cup peaches into each bowl and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts.
