INGREDIENTS
| 1/2 | cup mascarpone cheese |
| 1 | cup reduced-fat ricotta cheese |
| 3 | tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon sucralose-based sweetener, divided |
| 1/4 | teaspoon ground cinnamon |
| 2 | small peaches, pitted, peeled and sliced or 1-1/3 cups frozen sliced peaches, thawed |
| 1/4 | cup chopped walnuts or pecans |
PREPARATION:
- Combine mascarpone, ricotta, 3 tablespoons sweetener and cinnamon in bowl. Stir well. Spoon into 4 dessert bowls or wide-mouth wine glasses.
- Toss remaining 1 teaspoon sweetener and peaches together in bowl. Spoon 1/3 cup peaches into each bowl and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts.
