Peaches and Creamy Dip with Waffle Wedges
YIELD Makes 24 wedges and about 3/4 cup cream cheese mixture

INGREDIENTS
| 4 | ounces reduced-fat cream cheese |
| 1/3 | cup no-sugar-added peach preserves |
| 1 | tablespoon fat-free (skim) milk |
| 2 | packets sugar substitute |
| 1/2 | teaspoon vanilla |
| 4 | low-fat toaster waffles |
| Ground cinnamon to taste | |
PREPARATION:
- Place all ingredients except waffles and cinnamon in blender and process until smooth. Set aside.
- Toast waffles; cut each waffle into 6 wedges.
- Place cream cheese mixture in small serving bowl; sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve with waffle wedges for dipping.
