Peanut Butter and Jelly French Toast

INGREDIENTS
| 1 | banana, sliced |
| 2 | tablespoons orange juice |
| 2 | tablespoons peanuts, chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon honey |
| 6 | slices whole wheat bread |
| 1/4 | cup grape jelly (or favorite flavor) |
| 1/4 | cup peanut butter |
| 2 | eggs |
| 1/4 | cup milk |
| 2 | tablespoons butter |
PREPARATION:
- Combine banana, orange juice, peanuts and honey in small bowl; set aside. Spread 3 slices of bread with jelly and 3 slices with peanut butter. Press peanut butter and jelly slices together to form 3 sandwiches; cut each sandwich diagonally in half.
- Beat eggs and milk in shallow bowl. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture. Melt butter in large nonstick griddle or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook sandwiches about 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
- Serve French toast warm; top with banana mixture.
