Peanut Butter-Pineapple Celery Sticks


Makes 6 servings


1/2 cup low-fat (1%) cottage cheese
1/2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
1/2 cup crushed pineapple in juice, drained
12 (3-inch-long) celery sticks


  1. Combine cottage cheese and peanut butter in food processor. Blend until smooth. Stir in pineapple. Stuff celery sticks with mixture.

Serving Suggestion

Substitute 2 medium sliced apples for celery.
