Peanut Butter Pixies
Yield: Makes 5 dozen small cookies
Ingredients:
1
package (18 ounces) refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
1/4
cup all-purpose flour
1-1/2
teaspoons ground cinnamon
3/4
teaspoon ground ginger
1/2
teaspoon ground nutmeg
Granulated sugar
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Let dough stand at room temperature about 15 minutes.

Combine dough, flour, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in large bowl; beat until well blended. Shape dough into 3/4-inch balls; roll in sugar. Place balls 1 inch apart on prepared cookie sheets.

Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until edges are brown. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
