INGREDIENTS

1 package (18 ounces) refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1‑1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Granulated sugar

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Let dough stand at room temperature about 15 minutes.
  2. Combine dough, flour, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in large bowl; beat until well blended. Shape dough into 3/4-inch balls; roll in sugar. Place balls 1 inch apart on prepared cookie sheets.
  3. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until edges are brown. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
