INGREDIENTS

3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon anchovy paste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine peanut butter, water, vinegar, soy sauce, molasses and anchovy paste in medium bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Stir in cilantro, green onion and red pepper.
