Ingredients:

cup sliced bananas

cup reduced-fat creamy peanut butter

tablespoons fat-free (skim) milk

tablespoon honey

teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation:

Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
Tip:
Try the dip with Granny Smith apple slices or celery sticks.
