Pear Crunch

INGREDIENTS
| 1 | can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained |
| 1/4 | cup pineapple or apple juice |
| 3 | tablespoons dried cranberries |
| 1‑1/2 | teaspoons quick-cooking tapioca |
| 1/4 | teaspoon vanilla |
| 2 | pears, cored and cut into halves |
| 1/4 | cup granola with almonds |
PREPARATION:
Slow Cooker Directions
- Combine all ingredients except pears and granola in slow cooker; mix well. Place pears, cut side down, over pineapple mixture. Cover; cook on LOW 3-1/2 to 4-1/2 hours.
- Arrange pear halves on serving plates. Spoon pineapple mixture over pear halves. Garnish with granola.
