Pears with Sweet Strawberry Dipping Cream

INGREDIENTS
| 4 | ounces fresh strawberries or frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed |
| 1/4 | cup reduced-fat spreadable cream cheese |
| 1/4 | cup plain fat-free yogurt |
| 2 | packets sugar substitute |
| 1/2 | teaspoon vanilla |
| 2 | medium pears, cut in 1/2-inch slices |
PREPARATION:
- Process strawberries in food processor or blender until coarsely chopped. Add cream cheese, yogurt, sugar substitute and vanilla. Cover and process until smooth.
- To serve, dip pear slices in cream cheese mixture.
