Pears with Sweet Strawberry Dipping Cream
Yield: Makes 8 servings
Ingredients:

ounces fresh strawberries or frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed
1/4
cup reduced-fat spreadable cream cheese
1/4
cup plain fat-free yogurt
2
packets sugar substitute
1/2
teaspoon vanilla
2
medium pears, cut in 1/2-inch slices
Preparation:

Process strawberries in food processor or blender until coarsely chopped. Add cream cheese, yogurt, sugar substitute and vanilla. Cover and process until smooth.

To serve, dip pear slices in cream cheese mixture.
