package (18 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1/2
cup sugar
1/4
teaspoon ground cinnamon
2
cups finely chopped pecans

2.
Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl; set aside. Combine dough and chopped pecans in large bowl; beat until well blended.
3.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in cinnamon-sugar. Place balls 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets. Press 1 pecan half into each dough ball.
4.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are light brown. Cool 2 minutes on cookie sheets. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
Gift Idea:
Create a delicious gift tower using 2 or 3 different sizes of tins. Simply fill the tins with your homemade treats, decorate with ribbon and stack. Then tie the tower together with more ribbon.
