INGREDIENTS
| 3 | eggs, beaten |
| 2 | c. milk |
| 1/4 | c. sugar |
| 1 | tsp. vanilla |
| 3 1/2 | c. flour |
| 1/4 | tsp. salt |
| 2 | tsp. baking powder |
| 1 | tsp. nutmeg |
PREPARATION:
- Beat eggs, vanilla, sugar, and milk. Mix dry ingredients.
- Beat batter until smooth.
- Run batter through a funnel into hot oil using a circular motion.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar over funnel cakes.
