Perfect Pita Pizzas

Have each child design their own funny face on their individual pizza!
INGREDIENTS
| 2 | rounds whole wheat or white pita bread |
| 1/2 | cup spaghetti or pizza sauce |
| 3/4 | cup (3 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese |
| 1 | small zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch thick |
| 1/2 | small carrot, peeled and sliced |
| 2 | cherry tomatoes, halved |
| 1/4 | small green bell pepper, sliced |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with foil; set aside.
- Using small scissors, carefully split each pita around edge; separate to form 2 rounds.
- Place rounds, rough sides up, on prepared baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes.
- Spread 2 tablespoons spaghetti sauce onto each round; sprinkle with cheese. Decorate with vegetables to create faces. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese melts.
Pepperoni Pita Pizzas
Prepare pita rounds, partially bake and top with spaghetti sauce and cheese as directed. Place 2 small pepperoni slices on each pizza for eyes. Decorate with cut-up fresh vegetables for rest of face. Continue to bake as directed.
