INGREDIENTS

3 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and quartered
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 to 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning or dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

PREPARATION:

  1. Fit processor with steel blade. Process tomatoes on/off 3 or 4 times to coarsely chop. Add remaining ingredients; process on/off to mix.
