Ingredients:
2/3
cup plum sauce

green onions with tops, sliced

tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce

tablespoons rice wine vinegar or cider vinegar

tablespoon grated fresh ginger

tablespoon honey

to 4 drops hot chili oil (optional)



 
Preparation:
1.
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; mix well. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.


Tip While preparing egg rolls, keep unused egg roll wrappers covered with a damp towel to prevent them from drying out.
