Pomegranate Caipirinha
YIELD Makes 1 cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
| 1/2 | lime, cut into wedges |
| 1 | pomegranate, juiced |
| 1 tsp | superfine sugar |
| 1 oz | organic tequila |
| 1 oz | organic light rum |
PREPARATION:
Method
- Muddle the lime and sugar in a shaker.
- To juice the pomegranate, cut it in half. Take time to pull the seeds out of the shell and throw into the juicer.
- Fill the shaker with ice, tequila, rum, and pomegranate juice.
- Shake vigorously. Serve on ice.
