Pretzel Fried Eggs
Yield: Makes 24 eggs
Ingredients:
24
pretzel rings (1-inch)

1
cup white chocolate chips

24
yellow candy-coated chocolate pieces

Preparation:
1.
Line baking sheet with waxed paper. Place pretzel rings on prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.

2.
Place white chocolate chips in 1-quart resealable food storage bag; seal bag. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds. Knead bag gently and microwave 30 seconds more; repeat until chips are melted. Cut 1/4-inch corner from bag.

3.
Squeeze chocolate from bag onto each pretzel ring in circular motion. Fill center of pretzel first and finish with ring of chocolate around edge of pretzel. Use tip of small knife to smooth chocolate, if necessary. Place candy piece in center of each pretzel. Allow to harden at room temperature or refrigerate until set. Store in single layer in air-tight container up to one week.

Variation To make "green eggs and ham," use green candy-coated chocolate pieces for yolks. Cut small pieces of pink fruit leather for ham. Serve 2 Pretzel Fried Eggs with small strips of fruit leather bacon and square cinnamon cereal for toast.
