Prize-Winning Party-Size Bean Dip


Yield

Makes about 6 cups dip

Ingredients

2 cans (15 ounces each) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounces) refried beans
1 small jar (about 12 ounces) chunky salsa
1 package (4 ounces) crumbled feta cheese (plain or flavored)
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Tortilla chips

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in serving bowl; mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. Serve with tortilla chips.
