Purple Cow Jumped Over the Moon
Yield: Makes 8 (1/2-cup) servings
Milk shakes are all-time favorites with kids. Any one of these fruity low-fat shakes is sure to win raves.
Ingredients:

cups vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
1
cup reduced-fat (2%) milk
1/2
cup thawed frozen grape juice concentrate (undiluted)
1-1/2
teaspoons lemon juice
Preparation:

Place yogurt, milk, grape juice concentrate and lemon juice in food processor or blender container; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
Sunshine Shake:
Place 1 quart vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt, 1-1/3 cups orange juice, 1 cup fresh or thawed frozen raspberries and 1 teaspoon sugar in food processor or blender container; process until smooth. Pour into 10 glasses; sprinkle with ground nutmeg. Yield: Makes 10 (1/2-cup) servings.
Razzmatazz Shake:
Place 1 quart vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt, 1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt and 1/4 cup fat-free chocolate syrup in food processor or blender container; process until smooth. Pour 1/2 of mixture evenly into 12 glasses; top with 1/2 can (12 ounces) root beer. Fill glasses equally with remaining yogurt mixture; top with remaining root beer. Yield: Makes 12 (2/3-cup) servings.
