Quick & Easy Meatball Soup


Makes 4 to 6 servings


1 package (15 to 18 ounces) frozen Italian sausage meatballs without sauce
2 cans (about 14 ounces each) Italian-style stewed tomatoes
2 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) beef broth
1 can (about 14 ounces) mixed vegetables
1/2 cup uncooked rotini or small macaroni
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano


  1. Thaw meatballs in microwave according to package directions.
  2. Place remaining ingredients in large saucepan. Add meatballs. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender.
