Quick Garlic-Onion Ring

Makes 10 servings (1 ring)

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 package (10-count) regular or buttermilk flaky biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine onions, butter and garlic in small bowl; set aside.
  2. Separate dough into individual biscuits. Gently pull apart each biscuit to separate into two halves, making 20 pieces.
  3. Brush one side of each piece with garlic-onion mixture. Arrange pieces, onion-side up and overlapping, in 9-inch circle on ungreased baking sheet.
  4. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
