Quick Garlic-Onion Ring
by the Editors of Easy Home Cooking Magazine

Yield: Makes 10 servings (1 ring)
Ingredients:
1/4
cup finely chopped green onions

1
tablespoon butter or margarine, melted

2
cloves garlic, minced

1
package (10-count) regular or buttermilk flaky biscuits



Preparation:
1.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine onions, butter and garlic in small bowl; set aside.

2.
Separate dough into individual biscuits. Gently pull apart each biscuit to separate into two halves, making 20 pieces.

3.
Brush one side of each piece with garlic-onion mixture. Arrange pieces, onion-side up and overlapping, in 9-inch circle on ungreased baking sheet.

4.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
