An easy snack that kids will want to prepare themselves. Better prepare an extra for that envious schoolmate!
INGREDIENTS
| 1 | whole graham cracker |
| 1 | large marshmallow |
| 1 | teaspoon hot fudge topping |
PREPARATION:
- Break graham cracker in half crosswise. Place one half on small paper plate or microwavable plate; top with marshmallow.
- Spread remaining 1/2 of cracker with hot fudge topping.
- Place cracker with marshmallow in microwave. Microwave on HIGH 12 to 14 seconds or until marshmallow puffs up. Immediately place remaining cracker, fudge side down, over marshmallow. Press crackers gently to even out marshmallow layer. Cool completely.
Cook's Tip
S'mores can be made the night before and wrapped in plastic wrap or sealed in a small plastic food storage bag. Store at room temperature until ready to serve.
