INGREDIENTS
| 1 | small head red cabbage, cored and thinly sliced |
| 3 | medium apples, peeled and grated |
| 3/4 | cup sugar |
| 1/2 | cup red wine vinegar |
| 1 | teaspoon ground cloves |
| 1 | cup crisp-cooked and crumbled bacon (optional) |
| Fresh apple slices (optional) | |
PREPARATION:
Slow Cooker Directions
- Combine cabbage, apples, sugar, vinegar and cloves in slow cooker. Cover; cook on HIGH 6 hours, stirring after 3 hours. Sprinkle with bacon, if desired. Garnish with apple slices.
