Red Chili Sauce
YIELD Makes about 3/4 cup

INGREDIENTS
| 6 | tablespoons butter or margarine |
| 4 | green onions, thinly sliced |
| 1/2 | medium red bell pepper, minced |
| 2 | small red hot chili peppers,*** seeded and minced |
| 3 | cloves garlic, minced |
| 3 | tablespoons minced fresh parsley |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/8 | teaspoon black pepper |
PREPARATION:
- Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions, bell pepper, chili peppers, and garlic. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until onions are soft.
- Remove from heat. Stir in parsley, salt and black pepper.
