2 large red bell peppers, cut into thin strips
1 small Vidalia or other sweet onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

PREPARATION:

Slow Cooker Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on LOW 4 hours.
