INGREDIENTS
| 2 | large red bell peppers, cut into thin strips |
| 1 | small Vidalia or other sweet onion, thinly sliced |
| 3 | tablespoons cider vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons packed light brown sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon vegetable oil |
| 1 | tablespoon honey |
| 1/4 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 | teaspoon dried thyme |
| 1/4 | teaspoon red pepper flakes |
| 1/4 | teaspoon black pepper |
PREPARATION:
Slow Cooker Directions
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on LOW 4 hours.
