Red Wine Marinated Beef
Makes 4 servings
|1/2||cup red wine|
|1/2||cup beef broth|
|1||tablespoon cider vinegar|
|3/4||teaspoon garlic powder|
|1/2||teaspoon dried rosemary|
|1/2||teaspoon dried oregano|
|1||beef flank steak (about 1-1/2 pounds)|
- Combine red wine, broth, vinegar, garlic powder, rosemary and oregano in large bowl; set aside.
- Place steak in large resealable food storage bag. Pour marinade over steak; seal bag. Refrigerate at least one hour, turning occasionally, to let flavors blend.
- Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Broil steak 13 to 18 minutes for medium rare to medium or until desired doneness, turning once. Slice across the grain into thin slices.
