Rise n Shine Shake

Yield: Makes about 1-1/2 cups
Ingredients:

cup milk

1
cup strawberries, hulled

1
kiwifruit, peeled and quartered

1/4
cup vanilla or strawberry frozen yogurt

1
to 2 tablespoons sugar



Preparation:
1.
Place all ingredients in blender. Cover; blend until smooth.
