Here's a snack that's full of protein, fiber, folate and healthy fats. Just wait until you smell the aroma coming from your oven!
INGREDIENTS
| 2 | tablespoons unsalted butter |
| 2 | cups pecan halves |
| 1 | cup unsalted macadamia nuts |
| 1 | cup walnuts |
| 1 | teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 | teaspoon red pepper flakes |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add pecans, macadamia nuts and walnuts; mix well. Add rosemary, salt and red pepper flakes; cook and stir about 1 minute.
- Spread mixture onto ungreased nonstick baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, stirring mixture occasionally. Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
