Ingredients

water
salt
brown suger
chopper carrots
chopper onion
sea salt
garlic
black pepper
paprika
rosemary
onions
lemons & oranges
minced garlic

Preparation

  1. Trim fat from all three birds. Soak in brine for 20 min, then apply rub to each bird separately.
  2. Lay duck over turkey & chicken over duck. Set stuffing ingredients over the chicken.
  3. Sew turkey up with twine. Cook at 235 degrees for 7 hours.
  4. Cook until internal temp is 165 degrees.
