INGREDIENTS
| 1 | package (11-ounce can) refrigerated French bread dough |
| Salt-free seasoning mix (optional) | |
| Yellow mustard | |
| 4 | slices light bologna |
| 4 | slices reduced-fat provolone cheese |
| 2 | teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese |
PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll out bread dough to 10X12-inch rectangle. If desired, sprinkle with seasoning. Dot with mustard.
- Arrange bologna and cheese in alternating circles, overlapping edges to cover dough. Roll up lengthwise like a jelly roll; pinch seams shut. Place dough, seam side down, on baking sheet. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until puffy and browned. Let cool. Cut into 1-inch-thick portions.
