Prep Time: 9 minutes
Yield: Makes 8 servings
Ingredients:
Nonstick cooking spray

1
can (about 14 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust dough

4
ounces cooked turkey sausage breakfast links (5 to 6 links), thinly sliced

1
medium red onion, thinly sliced

1
medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced

3/4
cup pizza sauce

Red pepper flakes (optional)

1
cup (4 ounces) shredded low-fat Monterey Jack or pizza cheese blend

Preparation:
1.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray 15x10-inch jelly-roll pan with nonstick cooking spray. Unroll crust on pan; press to edges of pan. Bake about 6 minutes or until crust begins to brown.

2.
Meanwhile, spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add onion; cook and stir over medium-high heat until tender.

3.
Add sausage and bell pepper to skillet. Cook and about 5 minutes or until bell pepper is crisp-tender.

4.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust; top with sausage mixture. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, if desired. Top with cheese. Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until pizza is golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut pizza into 8 pieces to serve.
