INGREDIENTS
| 1 | cup whipping cream |
| 2 | teaspoons lemon peel |
| 1/4 | teaspoon finely ground black pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed |
| 1 | tablespoon plus 1-1/2 teaspoons bourbon (optional) |
PREPARATION:
- Beat cream, lemon peel and pepper in large bowl until soft peaks form. Stir in lemon juice and bourbon, if desired.
