Scalloped Tomatoes Corn

Makes 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients

1 can (15 ounces) cream-style corn
1 can (about 14 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
3/4 cup saltine cracker crumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on LOW 4 to 6 hours.
