INGREDIENTS
| 1 | package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened |
| 1/2 | pound smoked whitefish, skinned, boned and flaked |
| 2 | tablespoons minced green onion |
| 1 | tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill |
| 1 | teaspoon lemon juice |
| 1/4 | teaspoon black pepper |
| Rye bread halves | |
| Lime wedges, for garnish (optional) | |
PREPARATION:
- Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add whitefish, green onion, dill, lemon juice and pepper; mix until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with rye bread slices and garnish with lime wedges, if desired.
