Shrimp Filling

Makes 3/4 cup


8 ounces cooked, peeled shrimp
1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 green onions, chopped
3 to 4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro


  1. Process ingredients in food processor until finely chopped.
