Simple Chocolate Curls

Place an 8-ounce chocolate bar on waxed paper. Place on top of refrigerator, by a sunny window, or anywhere between 80°F and 85°F for about 30 minutes to slightly soften. Find the flattest side of the chocolate bar and using long strokes, pull a vegetable peeler towards you to create curls. Refrigerate curls until needed for decorating. Use a toothpick to transfer curls to cake.
