PREPARATION:

  1. Butter both sides of bread. Use a cup to cut a circle out of the middle of a piece of bread.
  2. Put bread on griddle and crack egg into the center. Cook until egg sets up and flip it over like you would a pancake. Cook other side until egg is done. Serve.
