Sliders with a Variety of Toppings

Serve with cocktails or with a side of classic french fries, these sliders are great for any occasion.

Makes 6 sliders

Ingredients

1/2 pound ground chuck
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons dijon mustard
2 Tablespoon ketchup
dash of worcestershire sauce
sweet pickle relish
pepper
relish
1/2 pound ground
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger, grated (finely grated)
1 garlic clove, minced
salt
pepper
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1 Teaspoon Sambal Oelek
Lettuce oak leaf
1/2 pound ground lamb
salt
pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 Teaspoons harissa

Preparation

  1. Preheat grill. Mix meat gently with seasonings, be careful not to over-handle.
  2. Brush grill with oil. Grill beef and lamb sliders 2-3 minutes a side
  3. Top with toppings and serve.
