Serve with cocktails or with a side of classic french fries, these sliders are great for any occasion.
|1/2||pound ground chuck|
|Beef Slider Toppings|
|2||Tablespoons dijon mustard|
|dash of worcestershire sauce|
|sweet pickle relish|
|1||green onion, finely chopped|
|1||teaspoon ginger, grated (finely grated)|
|1||garlic clove, minced|
|Pork Slider Toppings|
|1/2||cup hoisin sauce|
|1||Teaspoon Sambal Oelek|
|Lettuce oak leaf|
|1/2||pound ground lamb|
|Lamb Slider toppings|
|1 1/2||Teaspoons harissa|
- Preheat grill. Mix meat gently with seasonings, be careful not to over-handle.
- Brush grill with oil. Grill beef and lamb sliders 2-3 minutes a side
Grill pork sliders 4 minutes on each side
- Top with toppings and serve.
