Makes 3 to 4 servings
|16||small new potatoes|
|3||tablespoons butter, cut into 1/8-inch pieces|
|1/4||teaspoon garlic powder|
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on LOW 7 hours or on HIGH 4 hours.
- Remove potatoes with slotted spoon to serving dish; cover to keep warm. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons water to drippings and stir until well blended. Pour mixture over potatoes.
