Slow-Roasted Potatoes

Yield: Makes 3 to 4 servings
Ingredients:

small new potatoes

3
tablespoons butter, cut into 1/8-inch pieces

1
teaspoon paprika

1/2
teaspoon salt

1/4
teaspoon garlic powder

Black pepper



Preparation:
1.
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker; mix well. Cover; cook on LOW 7 hours or on HIGH 4 hours.

2.
Remove potatoes with slotted spoon to serving dish; cover to keep warm. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons water to drippings and stir until well blended. Pour mixture over potatoes.
